Helping people understand their body, not just manage symptoms
I work with people who feel stuck with back and shoulder issues, recurring tightness, or movement that no longer feels natural.
My approach is built around one idea: most people aren’t broken, they’re adapting. Over time, posture, stress, repetitive habits, and reduced exposure to load can shape protective movement patterns. Those patterns can feel like tightness, stiffness, and pain.
What changes everything is learning how your body is organising itself, then rebuilding capacity so you are not reliant on ongoing treatment.
I’ve worked hands-on and in coaching settings for over five years, with people from every walk of life. My focus isn’t trends. It’s outcomes that last.

Years of Outcomes
The Misconception
"Tightness is rarely the root problem. Often it’s the body creating stability through tension when it doesn’t feel safe or organised."
The Approach
I use a structured progression:
Assess
Posture, breathing, and movement patterns, so we understand what your body is doing and why.
Reset
Reduce unnecessary guarding and restore a sense of support through targeted inputs.
Rebuild
Progressively train strength, control, and tolerance so the change holds up in real life.
Most people don’t need more effort.
They need the right sequence.
What Makes This Different
Function over pain
I work from how your body functions, not just where it hurts.
Personalised precision
The plan is personalised to your patterns, history, and lifestyle.
Long-term autonomy
The aim is long-term autonomy and confidence in movement.
What Working Together Looks Like
Most people start with a Body Literacy Audit, then either continue independently or move into a structured program depending on what’s needed.
If 1:1 support isn’t the right fit, there are also options to work with senior practitioners and structured resources.
